Distributor Program
This program will allow the Distributor to allocate AccuBANKER products
at a national level. Keeping the proper stock depending on the market
in question, The Distributor will be able to sell the products to
retail businesses in that market by taking advantage of the benefits
that AccuBANKER offers and acting in accordance with the
responsibilities established underneath.
Benefits
Product training certification: Our experts will provide you with the detailed information that you need to fully understand the products.
Sales training: Our sales Agents will train your team of sales, providing them with particular sales methods in this unique market.
Tech training certification: AccuBANKER Technicians will provide
your company with technical and detailed information. You will also
obtain access to manuals and electronic/mechanic schematics.
Market Development Funds: AccuBANKER counts with funds reserved only to work and develop new or existing markets.
Collateral materials: Our Marketing Department will provide you
with Brochures, Photos, and information to assist you in the sale of
AccuBANKER Solutions.
Spare Parts: Your Company will have access to AccuBANKER products
spare parts.
Responsibilities
Marketing: To expend at least the minimum amount of capital
already established in the contract towards marketing, distributing,
and promoting expenses according to AccuBANKERs policy.
Warranty and service: To provide the warranty and after-sale service to customers in your assigned area.
Invoices: To issue the invoices respecting the sale transactions on the distributor behalf.
Complaints: To promptly report AccuBANKER any complaint relating
to the sale of AccuBANKER Products and to properly resolve, at the
distributors expense, any complaint regarding distributors services.
Inventory: To maintain a reasonable inventory of Products in order to satisfy Distributor's anticipated sales.
Sales volume: Comply with the terms established in the contract
with AccuBANKER. In which the minimum volume of sale was established
according to the extent of your assign territory, economic capacity,
and demand in that specific market.
Be responsible for all your local regulatory and statutory requirements
for your country specific needs, including custom clearances, excise
and import duties.
